My name is Nicki, and this is a place to keep my photos, videos, and trail diaries alive.

Outdoor adventures are my most favourite thing and I love bringing big plans to life.  If we ever meet, just start up a conversation about your next hike, running event, travel plans, or surf trip and I'll have to grab us a drink.... we'll be here for a while!

Insightful Trails is a space to inspire you for your next trail mission, but also a place to help you plan it out when you decide to take it on. Along with a personal account of each trip, I will also include all the logistical information so that you can get to the starting point, raring to go.

Equally important to the logistics are insights on environmental and cultural factors to keep in mind for a positive experience and impact on the areas we visit.
